Pistons: Gettin’ Back to Work.

INTRO

Our design captures the relentless journey of struggle and iteration, echoing the Pistons’ core values of grit and resilience. Through layered textures, bold typographic choices, and dynamic visuals, we bring to life the highs and lows, the drive, and the constant forward momentum that shape a champion’s path. Each design element is crafted to build upon the last, symbolizing the repetition, refinement, and growth essential to overcoming challenges. This visual story reminds us that progress isn’t a straight line—every setback and comeback adds layers of depth and strength. Like the Pistons on the court, our design embodies a forward push, where each challenge fuels the journey toward greatness.

CONCLUSION

This project’s final asset used to reach out to the audience of chronically online meme fans, aged 16-20, was a 40-second vlog, a 4-image carousel, and a 10-second motion clip. This project was cringe but also helped me to bring fun into my work.

After submitting this project to Creative Conscience for their #WhyVote campaign competition, this video was posted to their Linked In!
