THE GREY WITCH NANTUCKET


INTRO
The 826 Tutoring Centers sell nonsensical accessories based on the native town to bring business to the tutoring center by creating a fun atmosphere for studying. A great example of the 826 stores is Chicago's Secret Agent supply store which disguises academics as fun. 826 Nantucket is a unique tutoring studio for elementary through eighth grade, inspired by the local lore of the Grey Witch, which symbolizes the island's frequent foggy and gray weather. This 826 features a projection cauldron where students use natural ingredients gathered around Nantucket to craft potions that alter the weather and assist the Grey Witch in creating more beautiful days by projecting the potions onto the ceilings.

These students are drawn to activities that allow them to explore their creativity while learning, particularly in fun, magical environments like the weather-potion experience.

This step was a wake-up call. some times you have to jump ship and make a new direction- this was the transition from the swirly-mist look to a more color centric theme to make it stronger to it’s roots of color.
